Convenient online ordering and timely delivery; my sister said her flowers were amazing!
I emailed them twice to confirm delivery. I paid an extra fee to have same day delivery and it's the only reason I went with them. The website gives you the option to track delivery. They could not confirm delivery until 3pm the next day. It was for a funeral service that started at 10 next day. I had to call the funeral home to confirm delivery.
It was a great experience! I got the manager's special and they were absolutely gorgeous. The delivery woman was wonderful and my boyfriend was very pleasantly surprised!
There should be a better option for tracking your delivery. I paid extra for it to be delivered within a 4 hour delivery window and it wasn't. I contacted customer service and heard back within an hour, only for them to tell me that they didn't have an answer. I don't mind that my flowers got delivered when they did but it is misleading to pay extra for a certain delivery window and then not be able to know when it was actually delivered.
Excellent one day service, with better prices than other competitors, that would take days to deliver.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
