Showed up a day late, with six barely open depressing looking flowers, was supposed to be an upgrade because of the inconvenience but this is in no way worth $20, let alone the $50 I paid for it. Will not buy from again unless they somehow manage to redeem themselves by showing up with a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend who I was trying to cheer up after a rough week.
Wish prices an shipping were a little cheaper but other then that person loved them

I only had about 5 minutes to order flowers for a member of our church in order to get them sent the same day. This was the quickest I have ever ordered flowers! They were delivered within a few hours. Will continue to use this company - great flower bouquets!

I feel like I was nickel and Dimed to death. Just build the extra charges into the price and leave no surprises at checkout. I am less likely to do repeat business with a company when they add this fee, that fee and the other fee instead of just making it part of the price of the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
