The entire shopping process was quick and easy. There were many selections to pick from. I chose the florist designed bouquet for my parents' anniversary and they said the flowers were beautiful. I think you should let people know before the last screen, that you are going to add on delivery charges. You think you're getting one price, and then $15.00 is added on all of a sudden. I prefer someone being up front about the real price. Not sneaking it in on you.

It would be nice to have the shipping cost listed up front and not "surprise" the customer at checkout with it. However, that being said, the bouquet was beautiful and was delivered on time. Now that I know what to expect, I would probably use this service in the future.
Beautiful flowers! Jamie (Jaime) was lovely and helpful on the phone. I called back and someone else was there (Not as nice). I was rethinking my order. Then in an email, I was offered free delivery. It didn't happen. My sister (recipient) loved the flowers! She got home and they were waiting for her... I wanted to see what each size looks like on the site. In the photos after received, it looked like the small size; I thought there might be more flowers in it. But again, they are BEAUTIFUL, and i'm thankful that it happened- AND it was SAME DAY delivery!
Would have liked to see more arrangement options
Frustrating experience to find an item that was available; service and handling charge a shock. I looked for a coupon, but timing didn't work. If the bouquet is as shown I'm sure she'll be happy.
After I ordered I called her. She is happy, BUT it was not what I ordered in design or color. I have both received and ordered from a competitor and in both cases the exact order was obtained. Unfortunately my less expensive first choices were "Not Available" so I had to go to higher prices, and the result was not what I chose. I will consider my options very carefully in the future. My recipient is happy, but I am less so.
Surprised with amount of shipping fee. Almost cancelled. Will check shipping costs of other in area before starting on line shopping. Probably is the normal going rate. Loved your site! Lots of choices. Can't wait to see the arrangement for full satisfaction. Thank you.
