Received phone call that item would be delivered next day with free upgrade, and apology note. It wasn't upgraded, nor did it contain a note. Called to discuss with customer service and had a re-delivery done. Second item was much better.

Flowers arrived very late in the afternoon and when I emailed to ask an estimated time they bluntly refused to give me any time. If a BDay is on a specific day then I would expect the delivery to be in the morning so the person can enjoy their flowers for the most part of the day and not minutes before 6pm. My boyfriend thought I have forgotten about his BDay for the most part of the day and that was awful. I won't be back!

I searched 8 different flower sites. This one had the most attractive bouquets at the most reasonable prices. The bouquet that was delivered did not AT ALL match the one I ordered. It was pretty, though not appropriate for the recipient.
The flowers looked horrible. I felt so embarrassed when I saw the pictures of the flowers. It looked nothing like or even close to the picture. Why choose a type of arrangement to just send what you want.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
