Didnt appreciate the service/handling fee hidden till the end. Ill shop for another service that shows the actual total as I shop so when I spend time in the billing section, it will be exactly what I saw. Hope the presentation is like the photo and delivered on time. Pleased it was delivered as ordered. The product received was visually less than the photo making the price definitely high. But, this last minute order did come through from long distance order, so as stated with my 3-star rating: satisfied with the service; not as much with the product for what I paid.
Flowers were great just looked a little different than the picture.
The flowers were delivered on time and according to the recipient, they were lovely. She described exactly what I ordered, so I assume I got what I paid for!
Easy to complete order I needed my order to be delivered at a specific time. It was received at the time I asked as family would not be home until after 4:00 PM.
I believe I paid for same day delivery and it was delivered the next day and I upgraded and saw a picture of the arrangment and it didn't look "upgraded" other than that, I would use it again. You guys definitely had the best price and selection and not all those crazy fees! I will go deluxe vs premium next time and again, I may not have requested same day service so in that case, it was delivered right on time.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful and prices great. Will always use them in the future.

Amazing fast! Pretty but not quite the wow factor that proflowers.com gives brighter bigger flowers. In the pinch I was in this worked well. Wife was sad they just rang door bell and left didn't even wait to hand deliver them as I paid for...

Google is promoting GOG's (Deceptive Order Gathers) which are simply large reselling Sweat Shops that are relaying your order to a local florist for 50% of what you spent i. E.,
A typical order of 50.00 without any other fee which go directly into there pocket.
Here's the breakdown they keep 10.00 plus the wire service keeps 5.00 out of the order the shop pays another 5.00 in member fees so that leaves 30.00 left to fill your order that is supposed to be 50.00 that you spent 50.00 plus fees for.
The GOG steals from you and the local florist 10.00 + 5.00 plus they get a 5.00 rebate from the wire service used and any additional service f\charges they charged you.
That add us to $20.00 + usually 14.95 service fee so they make off you and the florist back 34.95 while the florist is paid 30.00 on the 25 of the following month.
Shop local or we are All Scammed b\y the DOG's its to you. We florist are rejecting most of these orders. If they are filled they are undervalued, WISE UP, MR GOODLE is not your Friend!.
