The planter appeared to be bigger in the picture (on line) than in person. I paid for same day delivery. The planter was not delivered on the same day, but the next day.

I didn't like that I started an order and then backed out when I saw the shipping of $14... Then I got an email saying if I went back in to order I could discount the shipping... I don't like the idea that if I'd ordered the first time I would have paid $14 extra. That's kind of a scam
The service charge of 14.99 was a surprise and a turnoff

So far, so good but the delivery is the most important part. Since the balloons were delivered to my daughter, I did not see them but she seemed happy with it.
Slightly disappointed in the amount of flowers in the arrangement for the price. It was fresh and did bring a smile to the recipient. Extra charges just seemed a bit high.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
