Nice selection but shipping and extras a bit much... and i didnt realize until i checked out that it had changed the order. I had choose the first least expensive option but i came out as the second mid priced option. I haven't spoke to the family i sent them too so my ratings might be off. You should have an option to choose that they were a gift so people can't really rate what they dont know. If they were satisfied i will probably order again...also i wish i had more options for vases or something besides balloons or bears to add...like a cross or something seeing as they were for victims
I was disappointed you pay extra to have it delivered same day and it isnt. Yes the refund was nice but it was not delivered and didnt even cover full delivery fee
