Shopping experience was okay. I don't usually purchase flowers online, so I didn't realize there was a $15 "handling fee" until check-out. That part felt a little slimy but I'm guessing all the online flower vendors handle their internet pricing the same way. It was also a little confusing where one puts the recipient's address when I first signed on and tried to pay using PayPal. I was so alarmed at first I went to other websites. I finally figured it out but it extended the time it took for me to actually purchase the flowers. On a positive note, my Bay Area friend reports that she really liked the flowers and they were delivered within 24 hours as promised. I didn't see them, but I'll assume the company sent what I paid for. So, mission accomplished.

I was notified that my order was delivered today as ordered, but I have no way of knowing what it looked like or anything else of that nature because I live in Connecticut and the flowers were sent to Tucson, AZ. Therefore, really can't answer some of your questions.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
