Very quick delivery and my mom said the flowers were beautiful
I paid for a deluxe and did not get it. The picture which is supposed to be showing the middle one had more flowers then my deluxe that my friend received. It looks nothing like the picture and as I said not enough roses for the deluxe. I would like to send you a picture so you can make your own assessment but I don't see how to do that.

The flowers were a day late. I'm pretty upset about it. The worst part is that I got a delivery notice on the day they were supposed to be delivered so I really thought they got there in time. I think delivery dates are pretty important especially when they're clearly birthday flowers. Don't think I'll ever consider fromyouflowers.com an option again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
