I was not satisfied with my order I had paid for expedited delaivery between 8-12 recieved it at 630pm very unhappy also didn't receive the bouquet that I ordered recieved something different.
Hi, my client loved the flowers, but the advertised picture was not what arrived to her. It did not include the red christmas vase as advertised and wasn't as full as the picture portrayed. Please review your quality control procedures. Loved the selections on the website and more affordable price points.

This was a Christmas gift to a relative in a retirement home living in one room. I had to phone her to ask about the delivery and arrangement. Until I told her, she was not aware that it was supposed to be a Christmas tree and not just a floral arrangement. After explaining it to her, she said "Oh yes, I guess it is". Having not seen it myself I have no idea if it looked like the photo or not. When I pressed her if the arrangement was nice, she said " Oh yes" ----that is all I ascertained from her.

The service was excellent - very quick and efficient - and the flowers were lovely.
The only possible complaint would be that it didn't look as if there were as many roses in the bouquet delivered as in the picture online. However, I did ask for delivery at short notice and maybe they just weren't available.
I have already placed another order to be delivered next week.

I wish that the tie-in with Amazon allowed them to complete the transaction without rekeying it myself. They alreay have my payment informant, shipping, and billing data.

Shopping experience was fine. I would have liked to order a few other selections but that would be an extra day. If I ordered a day earlier it would have been good. Current order was satisfactory.

Flowers were pretty, but not the kind indicated in the advertisement. Cheaper flowers. Also, I had paid more for a larger basket and the one delivered was small. Makes me wonder just how tiny the original before upgrade was. Felt like your advertising deceived me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
