I was a little disappointed with the order. It was soooo small. I think for the price I paid there should have been more flowers. I could have gone to the grocery store paid less and got more.
I'll keep it short and simple please save your money you will not be satisfied. Your flowers will be dead and ugly or they will never be delivered at all or they will constantly try to say that the delivery wasn't able to make it but we can substitute your delivery and constantly try to give you gift certificates for your inconvenience... Even after a $20 gift certificate the flowers were still 40 something dollars save your money, and buy from one of the other flower shops that are better known this was the first and absolute last time I will ever order from this company.

Had to enter everything again after site apparently timed out - when I came back, the price had gone up (or, rather, the discount had gone down). Then there was no mention of tax or shipping until the very last screen! Very disappointing!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
