My original order was supposed to be delivered on December 10 at my wife's work. I was not notified that the delivery was not made. I found out when my wife arrived home from work and I asked her if she received anything. She said no.
I contacted FYF and was told that the vendor did not make the delivery. I wish I would have been notified earlier. I was assured when I ordered by FYF that the vendor would definitely make the delivery by 5pm. That did not happen.
The following day I was told that the delivery would be made by 5pm, but my wife only worked until 1:30pm. So, I was asked if I would like to switch the delivery location. Luckily, the flowers were delivered to my home and wife did received them.
I was credited for the expedited fee and I believe I was given a 20% discount on the purchase + an upgraded arrangement. I feel like that was mostly fair.

The flowers were left at the front door and were not covered like they usually are. This is not the same store you have used in the past.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
