Good experience:I did not receive the flowers personally. I sent them to my sister for her birthday. She called to thank me and was completely satisfied. I included a ballon in my order and it came with the order. She was thrilled with the arrangement.

I ordered flowers yesterday I normally don't complain, but they were nothing like the photo. The lilies has brown spots, the arrangement was horrible and for 65.00 or so, I should have gone to the supermarket. The most upsetting part of all is that my mother is on Hospice and I thought she should get pretty floral arrangement. Next time, I will not be using you. Please tell your vendors that it's super important to do a nice job 100% of the time.
