It was garenteed by 6pm at check out but didn't show up till almost 830pm after my god daughters bed time. Very disappointed.
This was for my sister in Vermont. It is her 80th Birthday and she has bone cancer. She has to go to have chemo once a week which takes a lot out of her. I do not get to see her as much as I would like to. My niece posted pictures of her with the roses and said she was so surprised that she had tears in her eyes. She loves the roses and even though they live in an out of the way area they were delivered when they said they would be. Thank you. Diana
I was very upset when my son-in-law sent me the picture of the flowers I had ordered. Turns out the flowers from me had not been delivered yet. He sent another picture after my flowers to my daughter arrived and we were all very pleased.

It was easy and quick. I didn't like the 'hidden charge' for some sort of guaranteed delivery or something like that. Lucky, I caught it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
