Love your site, 3rd year sending centerpiece at christmas
Easy to order, delivered the day requested and recipient of Christmas arrangement was very pleased.
Easy to use and information is easy to find. I felt the price got a little expensive very quick. However, everything worked great and the flowers were wonderful.
The flowers delivered looked nothing like the flowers ordered from your company, there was 4 roses, 5 carnations, pitiful! Never order again!

I had some trouble when I accidentally ordered 2 trees and couldn't get rid of one. But somehow it was resolved. I didn't see the flowers b/c I live in a different state however the recipients said the arrangement was lovely.
The arrangement I ordered is not the one my sister received. I am very disappointed!

Your customer service team helped me out and are going to credit my bank account 50%+they gave me discounts for my next purchase--HOWEVER I'm still going to contact the florist directly and have them make good on their error and reimburse the other 50%
