My friend who received the cake bouquet says it is big, heavy and beautiful.
Excellent range of products. Some charges unknown checkout like $15 handling fee. Unclear what the Premium level actually gets me. I'll know if I got my money's worth when I see what my wife received. If it sucks, I'll be back to say so. If it's what I expected to get for almost $70, I'll be back to say that, too.
This is the first time I ordered from this website...I was 'confused' about the DELUXE or PREMIUM option. The website stated the DELUXE would be 'similar' to the PICTURE shown & the PREMIUM would have MORE blooms. I ordered the PREMIUM & a BALLOON. I ordered this for my Sister after surgery, she lives in another state. I 'just happened' to be FaceTiming with my Sister when the order was delivered. The Flower Arrangement was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & my Sister was THRILLED! Just to compare, the DELUXE picture that was shown had 3 yellow roses & 4 lilies...the PREMIUM that she RECEIVED had 4 HUGE YELLOW ROSES & 6 BEAUTIFUL LILIES! The balloon was very nice & I could hear the Delivery Man in the background, he sounded very kind & courious. Thank You. I will DEFINATELY order from this website again!...the main reason I 'gave this website' a 'try' was because of the positive reviews that were already posted, one even included a picture!

Always an easy process, however, this time I ended up receiving a call about my order and had to call customer service back which I did immediately, I then sat listening to the repetitive recording waiting for someone to pick up the phone for 45 minutes! That seems to be a bit excessive.

It was great! 1st time using, I sent you additional feedback - the only thing I would change is your tracking feature. I was told after that only orders shipped via UPS or FedEx could be tracked - you should tell folks that or allow tracking for all orders, people are nervous about same day orders and making sure they get delivered, so at least show some sort of status for these that are delivered by local florists / delivery services. Otherwise it was great! Thanks
