I did not appreciate receiving an email when I put my order on hold that I would receive free delivery if I placed my order. This arrived as I was placing my order, as I had to go to a different browser, so if I had waited I would have gotten a much better deal. Not a good way to do business and really left a sour taste in my mouth. I received an email telling me I had a credit and then you offer me a better deal after I had placed the order as if I were a new customer. Not good for customer loyalty
My past experience has brought me back to order from you again this year!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
