My recipients of your floral arrangements have been pleased and I have found selecting & ordering arrangements to be very easy and convenient. However, the only flowers i've actually seen were those sent to my wife. Being named a "Prefered Customer", choosing a "Deluxe arrangement and being charged $62.00, I was disappointed. Thank you.

Very Quick and easy

Very Quick and easy. The similar product for my centerpiece wasn't close to what I ordered. I
Ordered magnolias and got roses, that sucks. The candy baskets I ordered were the bigger ones.
After hearing back from the recipients, it sounded like they got all the cheapest bars and a box of
Candies in the middle. It was not close to what the description or picture shows. Very disappointing.

The flower tree was very nice but my Mother was very disappointed with the evergreen arranagement which she said was "terrible". She called the florist who fulfilled the order and they are sending something else

Would have been better to know about the $14.99 fee ahead of time versus it being on the last page of the checkout. Fee is not so much issue as it being hidden until you have already invested time in the order. Sure this is a known trick and for that reason would be likely to not buy again.
