However, the only flowers i've actually seen were those sent to my wife. Being named a "Prefered Customer", choosing a "Deluxe arrangement and being charged $62.00, I was disappointed. Thank you.

Would have been better to know about the $14.99 fee ahead of time versus it being on the last page of the checkout. Fee is not so much issue as it being hidden until you have already invested time in the order. Sure this is a known trick and for that reason would be likely to not buy again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
