Was not even close to what I ordered. The picture showed. White and red. But I was sent a picture of it and it is not what I ordered. It had red roses, pink carnations and some fern in it with a rope wrapped around it. Very dissatisfied

The arangement was beautiful and delivery was as promised. The price was disappointing. I did not see the handling fee until finalizing my order. The handling fee increased the cost more than I originally planned to spend. But, overall I am satisfied with everthing else.

Brother just sent me a message and said that the arrangement is beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
