Received a phone message to call about a substitution. When I returned the call, the operator didn't even properly check what I had ordered, so he was looking at the wrong item. Not trained very well? Was frustrated with the whole situation. Delivery was made and my Mother is enjoying the flowers. Thank goodness she liked whatever substitutions were made, since the operator I spoke with couldn't guarantee anything.

I am not at all happy with the flower I received! I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to look like a Christmas tree, I did not! It was pretty but I wanted it to look like a tree for my Mother because she has been Ill and cannot have a tree this year and this should have been just perfect for her. The arrangement was round and it looked haphazard. I am sorry but I will not use your company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
