The item delivered had no bird's nest like the image I based my purchase on. I was a bit disappointed by that, but my Mother was very pleased with her arrangement.
I most likely will niece order from this site again. I ordered next day delivery and it didn't show up. I called and the florist said they tried to deliver and wouldn't bring it back out. The arrangement finally arrived today and looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I ordered the "my cup runneth over get well" arrangement because it came in a coffee mug. It didn't even have a mug when delivered! I'm very upset with my whole experience.
Need to see if flowers delivered are as pictured to give higher rating than 3. The e-mails confirming delivery was great. I haven't heard comments yet from the people to whom the flowers were delivered so I can only guess that the flowers delivered were as pictured & in quality.
Handling fees seem a bit expensive
It appeared as though I was able to place an order without creating an account; prompted with promo to get 20% off and when I went to check out my order was gone; tried it a couple of times until I created an account to complete the order. It was a little misleading so my experience was a little frustrating. Also, below after selecting Yes for follow up, I had to re-enter my information that was previously provided; maybe a validation versus reentering would be nice.
Not sure why I received this survey; I sent the order, not received. I'm guessing the recipient agrees as noted.
