The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and balloon that were delivered to her in the hospital. The flowers were not as nice as the ones in the picture shown online on your website. The bouquet pictured online appeared to consist of yellow roses, purple flowers, a little greenery and at least one large Lily type flower. In the picture that she sent to me I did not see any Lilly at all, and that was one of the main reasons I ordered that bouquet. The rest of the flowers did look nice though, as well as the large mylar balloon.

I normally buy flowers a lot since i own my own business and normally spend around 3-5 grand a year in this for business vendors as well. I had a florist but recently she closed her shop and looked for online, Your prices seemed very cheap so I plunged. I am SEVERELY upset and not happy with what I received. Paid extra for correct time and YET showed up 2 1/2 hours late and where I know things happen however my husband called for me and was spoken to EXTREMELY RUDE and as I business owner I can not begin to understand how customer service can be so un-trained. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again and make sure to make other vendors whom purchased the same as me know. I am completely shocked about the lack of service. You lost a lot of business today.

The arrangement was less filled than I thought it would be. I paid an extra $4.99 to have it delivered within 4 hours and it took longer than that. When I sent an email to complain about it, I didn't hear anything back.

I placed 2 orders. One was delivered today but the one that was supposed to be delivered to Texas on Monday did not. I was informed that they would instead be delivered on Saturday. Not too happy about that but oh well. However.the ones delivered to Kansas said they were beautiful. I have not actually seen them myself.
Very easy to order. An overall excellent experience. My order was delayed due to adverse weather conditions, but a company representative called me to let me know and also kept me apprised of the delivery expectations via email. I appreciated the prompt, courteous service.
Beautiful Christmas tree in flowers
I thought I'd ordered the deluxe version of the arrangement but I did not. I was dissatisfied and confused thinking that the order was mixed up with someone else. I did call and speak with a customer service rep who was very positive and offered to send me a $15 gift card in an email. I did not receive the email or the gift card but I suppose that's just as well considering it was my error. The arrangement is very nice for what it is it's just not what I thought I ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
