Handling charge is ridiculous
The flowers that were delivered did NOT include sunflowers which were the focal point of the bouquet I choose. After I purchased and addiontal 14.99 handling fee showed up, which wasn't advertised or expected. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Also the driver somehow received the wrong address when I clearly and CORRECTLY put in on the order form. I had to step out of work and call, wait on hold for 10 mins at which point I had to have someone else call for me.

A little disappointed that I paid for the deluxe and the photo my friend sent me does not make the arrangement look as full as I expected. Lots of greens -not many flowers. Because of this will likely choose another florist service next time.

Your customer service is great, emails were responded to quickly & politely. The product however was horrible & giving $10 back on a $60 order does not make up for an arrangement that looked like it cost $10 to begin with

The flowers I received did not look even close to the flowers I ordered. They seemed to have cheapened them up quite a bit from what I thought I should have got. Won't use this service ever again.

A bit expensive compared to your competition. The flowers would have been nicer in a few more days when they were fully opened. Most importantly...I am no receiving too many emails as a result of this order. This will likely cause me to block you emails and discontinue use of your service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
