Except for the pricing, everything was very good. I think if you give a choice or levels of pricing such as regular to like deluxe and you have the middle one already chosen and the customer changes that to regular at a significant price difference and then check out to find that the middle one was priced. So close the whole window (because you cannot "edit" all the back to that point). And redo it and make certain that you click regular only to find that upon check out it was back to the middle choice again. I went ahead and opted for that because of the time constraint. However should I use this service in the future I will go through the number provided rather than on-line. Thank you

I wanted to surprise my friend with a same day delivery. I ordered and got a response from your company saying the flowers had been delivered. I waited to hear from my friend, but she didn't say anything so I finally asked if she liked them? She had no idea what I was talking about, because they had not been delivered. Apparently your system generated a false confirmation and ruined my surprise to my friend. Would you recommend your service after that? The delivery was made the next day, but too little, too late.

I paid for this to be deliverd before 12, and it was deliverd at 2 pm.
Placing the order was straightforward. It was same day delivery. I have not heard from the recipient so cannot comment on the quality of flowers, which were delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
