I ordered a beautiful bouquet of Red roses and blue irises and and got a couple of roses and a bunch of flowers you find in an open field! These were for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day...how embarrassing and way too much money for what I got.
The bouquet was lovely...but arrived yesterday, a day early, but my daughter-in-law was thrilled.
If they had an expedited date and time for deliveries, I would pay.
Stay away from this company. Paid almost $70 for a bouquet, the bouquet send was completely different a made up of carnations, the cheapest flowers. Asked for the company to fix their mistake and send the correct bouquet. They refused. They offered a $10 gift card. Why would anyone want a $10 gift card to a terrible company who rips you off. They don't take pride in their flowers and products they provide. Customer service is terrible and they rip you off by sending you cheap flowers.
Great selection, good prices
Well, I was excited when I ordered them due to the great selection and wonderful price. But when the 2 dozen pink roses arrived, they looked terrible! Brown edges, 2 of the flowers were dead and brown. Worst flowers I have EVER ordered. I called and was reassured that I would have a new order sent by 11 am the next day. Will see what shows up tomorrow.

So far, it's easy. It's just really expensive! You gave me a $10 discount but charged me a $14 service fee. Good grief! I could drive it there cheaper myself! My goodness gracious! That really is shocking. The recipient was elated. She says the flowers were very fragrant and beautiful. She said they absolutely brightened her gloomy "quarantined" birthday! That made it worth every penny to me! Thank you very much for your attention to detail. You truly made her day!
Sent this to my granddaughter for her birthday. I thought it would be a mixed bouquet but it looks like all roses. She sent me a pic, but she loved it!
The fee for the arrangement (almost the price of the flower) is charged in a very tricky way, that you do not notice until you have already paid. So an arrangement of 20 becomes almost double. Very tricky, I did not feel thats an honest client experience.
Process of ordering flowers is easy. I sent flowers to someone whose father had just passed away and I never got to see the actual product. I know that they were delivered on time and his wife said they were beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
