I ordered flowers for my mom's 90th birthday one day before delivery. They were not delivered until about 4:30. I was charged $14.99 for delivery. I felt for a $14.99 delivery fee, it should have been delivered to my mom before lunch. She didn't receive them till about 4:30 pm. She said some of the flowers looked half dead. I was disappointed with this service and would not order from them again.

Our organization ordered the flower arrangement for our volunteer's memorial service. We paid expedited fee to make sure it arrives before the service. But it did not arrive in time. When our volunteers walking around to find our flower arrangement, they couldn't find it. But at the end, the volunteer who ordered the arrangement online saw a flower arrangement that she did not see before arrived but wasn't sure if that was what she ordered because the name tag had been removed and gave to the family.
When the volunteer called FromYouFlowers to confirm whether the arrangement was sent, first the operator wanted her to call the funeral home to verify the delivery. She told the operator that was not her job. She demanded the company to give her answer for the missing delivery. This was the first time we ever encountered such an embarrassment. Finally she relented and contacted the funeral home and called her back, they issued a refund of the expedite fee and a $15 coupon for our future order.
Our volunteer also found out the pictures shown on the website was misleading. Whatever the price they listed was the "regular" size. When you click to make a choice, it set a default for 40% more for the "deluxe". She tried to click on "regular", hoping it would show the actual picture of that choice ( some website would do that), but it didn't. If the one that she saw at the cemetery was really what she ordered, then it was far from what the picture had shown.
Ordered last minute, flowers arrived on time as shown and as ordered. What more can you ask?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
