Do you think it is a problem that ALL of the reviews are consistent that you don't deliver the flowers on time nor notify anyone? I am so upset that the birthday flowers WERE NOT delivered at all!

This entire order was a complete mess! The order I placed had substitutions without the companys knowledge. I had to call and correct the order 2x, which was supposed to go out for same day delivery, which it did NOT. I had to ask for my order to be reduced as it was not offered. I saved $6. Then another miscommunication happened when I called back a 3rd time. It had to be reordered and delivered to my home a day later. The card sent out had several misspellings, and it should have all been FREE due to that many errors! NEVER ordering from here again, and I'm telling all my friends too!
Very disappointed with the arrangement- the centerpiece of the arrangement are the lilies and they still aren't open following the funeral. It did not resemble the picture at all and the other flowers will be dead before these open up. Very sad! Do not order if you want this to be as pictured when delivered!

I have used your services on several occasions, and for the most part have been satisfied. Twice you failed me due to the florist. I did however receive a courtesy call confirming a problem, and was reimbursed on another occasion due to a bad batch. Overall I feel the prices are very high. Discounted deals keep me as a repeat customer. I do wish marketing was a little less deceptive though. My recent purchase was very satisfactory. Thank you.

Flowers not delivered as requested. I had to contact then to find out when they would be delivered and they told me they could not find a florist that would deliver that day, as I requested. If I hadn't sent the email asking I don't know if they would have contacted me indicating this. I did pay an extra $2.99 for same day delivery. They did upgrade the flowers for me for the inconvenience.

Best experience I have ever had ordering flowers out of state. I ordered them at 8:58 am from CO and I got a thank you text by 11am. A little higher in cost but VERY PLEASED and will use this again for all my out of town flowers! Thank you for making my mother's 70th birthday special on a "oh no I forgot to send something!" kind of thing. Oops.
The vase customization is just a paper print. Did not expect it. Flowers are very small.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
