I found your website to be navigable, your selection great, and your prices reasonable, including the same-day deliveryou fee. I was disappointed,because my basket did not arrive until the following day, although I ordered and paid for same-day delivery and got an email indicating it had been delivered, which was not the case, to my understanding. Nevertheless, I chalked it up to harmless error and/or miscommunication and I found the low same-day delivery charge to be reasonable even for next-day delivery. And I likely would use your site again because of the selection and process.

I had some problems but got help
I initially paid to have it delivered same day. Showed up a day late and was informed i would get a refund for that day. But still, i wanted them to be delivered the day before.
Select a flower arrangement online and fromyouflowers.com will locate a local florist to complete the order and delivery. Both times I have utilized the service, I did not have the opportunity to see what the arrangement turned out to be; however, the recipients were delighted with the flowers and chocolates.
One small request would be to receive a picture from the florist to see the arrangement that is being delivered. This way I can be sure the small, deluxe, or large option was fulfilled.
