I ordered three different times in a weeks time. My wife's flowers were delivered on time, but I was not satisfied with the flowers my wife received. I ordered the premium, but did not feel that she got a premium level bouquet of flowers. They were pretty and nice but not a very full bouquet. The second order was very nice and I was very satisfied with the bouquet and number of flowers for the premium price, however they were not delivered on time as stated for the extra fee that I paid. The third bouquet I was satisfied with the premium bouquet and the delivery time. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
