They were ordered for my father's funeral and were to be delivered but when I got to the funeral home I received an email stating they couldn't deliver the flowers.what an upsetting experience on an upsetting day.

We ordered the medium priced arrangement, and the delivered product was very small and not as full as I felt the picture indicated that it would be.
I did not personally see the arrangement that was sent but the recipient said they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen. The flower shop even called to say they were out of a particular flower that was supposed to be part of my chosen arrangement and would it be okay to substitute. Whatever they did proved to be fabulous. I am a repeat customer with FYF and am again, very satisfied.
