I went with this service because it advertised same day delivery. After placing my order, i received an email stating they couldnt find a florist to fill the delivery. I understand the logistics of that but an initial disclaimer would have been nice.

Overall experience was good, slightly disappointed that my arrangement did not look the picture I ordered and candles were not included as shown in the picture. My "cake" arrangement did not really look like a cake.
