Paid $4.99 extra for delivery to be made before noon. Flowers were delivered at 5:15 p.m. Also, paid extra for "premium" bouquet. The bouquet delivered looked no more than the "deluxe" bouquet pictured. A VERY disappointed customer here.

Ok next day flowers were delivered in great time. The flowers sent were awful daisys were old and drooping, there was not one rose in the bouquet ( as was in the picture of the bouquet I ordered), there were red carnations ( which the bouquet I paid 54.00 was to have none). Would never use this site again, very unhappy I spent 54.00 for that shoddy quality.

Started out bad as the first flowers were not like the ones pictured I paid for I was disappointed but you sent new flowers today that were nicer and at least you tried to make the situation right so thank you so much I will recommend you still. However I think you should be more straight forward in your advertising.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
