SO FAR, VERY GOOD. IF EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT, I WILL BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER. NOW THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FLOWERS THAT WERE RECEIVED. MANY OF THEM WERE BROWN FROM AGE AND THEY WERE ALL VERY WIDE OPEN AND WILL LIKELY ONLY LAST A COUPLE OF DAYS. I CANNOT SEE HOW ANYONE WOULD BE PLEASED WITH THE DELIVERED PRODUCT. I GUESS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE OR USE IT AGAIN AS OF THIS MOMENT.

I was confused about the coupon I was supposed to receive.
The person I sent the flowers to sent me a text and said they were beautiful.
So far the service has been excellent. Clear website and good selection. I will wait to see how my Mom likes the flowers to say if we are really satisfied with the order.
A day later. My mother received the flowers and was thrilled. I haven't seen them, but if she is happy, I am happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
