Arrangement was "small"!
I could not find a way of changing the Ribbon color on the flowers and upon arrival of the flowers, the bottom row of flowers were wilted and brown.
For $65 I expected the large bouquet that was advertised not the handful of flowers you can get at the grocery store for less than $10.
The vase was nothing like the photo, just one of those cheap round ones.
Very disappointed and will not shop here again.

Satisfied that fromyou flowers left a message on my home phone when confusion arose about intended recipient. I had already left home so it was helpful that an email followup was also sent enabling me to clarify the intended recipient.
I didn't know there would be a tax and shipping and handling fee in addition to the order until the very end. Disappointing. This needs to be communicated up front.
