Great
So I ordered the "deluxe" and I waited until the last minute to order, but everything showed up on time. Unfortunately the flowers did not match the picture or description but my wife didn't notice, she was happy with everything. Me on the other hand, not so much because the picture had yellow roses, and the bouquet showed up with purple. The vase was not the same as the picture and someone decided to put a cheap looking purple ribbon around it. I'm happy because my wife was happy but what I ordered was not the same as what showed up. She also said they smelled amazing.
Order was a little late on the other side of noon, wife almost missed the delivery but all worked out very well..

I thought I was supposed to get same day delivery on 1/15/16, but the flowers did not arrive until the morning of 1/16/16. It was a very nice bouquet thought and my sister was very happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
