I would order through this company again. The only problem I had was when I received a call to let me know they had to make substitutions. My preference is to see what I'm ordering before I order it, as I am not an expert when it comes to identifying flowers. However, everything else went smoothly and the recipient loved the flowers she received.
It was easy to order online, was delivered when it was supposed to be and were beautiful but I thought the price was a little too high.
Would have been 5 stars but at the end i was surprised to get a $14.99 service/handling fee i wish I would have known that earlier. Otherwise everything was great and easy.

The option "Other" does not allow you to state your "personalized" other. E.g. I wanted my card to say "Thinking of you" but could not customized this preference thru the "other" option. The bouquet was delivered within the timeline stated. My cousin loved her bouquet and said that it really brighten her day! I went for the upgraded arrangement because the basic one showed only had a few flowers. I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it looked exactly like the basic, it was not an upgraded arrangement at all.
