I ordered the "best" version of the Zen arrangement for my dear friend who lost her mother. She texted me a picture of it and said it was beautiful - it looked exactly like the picture on the website. I ordered it at 7:05 am on 1/22 and paid to have it delivered the same day - before noon; it was. I couldn't be happier.

The arrangements delivered are not as representative of the pictures on the website. I understand that they are not exact, but often are lacking key flowers or have substituted a different flower for what was shown.
I live outside the US and I ordered for my sister who is living in Arizona. It was meant to be a surprise so I was so glad to hear that the flowers came right on time. My sister is actually feeling under the weather but the surprise delivery came to be a very uplifting part of her birthday.
I didn't know that the flowers selected for arrangements are not yet blooming so my sister will need to wait for all flowers to bloom to see it at its most beautiful stage.

Fast, easy and affordable. The original purchase was great. The flowers did not get delivered until the next day, a day late and I had paid for same day delivery. I understand that there was an issue but I felt that I should have been refunded for that. The arrangement was very nice and my friend was pleased. Just felt bad that they did not arrive on time.
