I sent this to our granddaughter in Nebraska for her 6th birthday. The day they arrived, she was sick after eating too much candy at an overnight stay with a friend. She thought that we somehow knew! Needless to say, it helped make her feel better! I paid extra for Saturday-before-noon delivery and it arrived in plenty of time. We were sent a photo of the bear and flowers. The bear was very large and plush, the flowers were beautifully arranged in a basket and the colors were gorgeous!
The birthday flowers that I ordered were supposed to be delivered on Friday, 1/22 however they did not get delivered until Saturday 1/23. Very disappointing...

I paid $4.99 for guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon, but the order wasn't delivered until after 6 pm. I'll be asking for some money back.

Received a botched up order last year and got a gift certificate, but the amount was reduced when attempted to use it. Was better to use site wide discount. Paid for same day delivery twice now & both times a fail. The first order was promised to be better since late & flowers were average. This order seemed low in flowers as well. I think I will be moving on to a new delivery service.

There was a storm in NH the day the flowers were to be delivered. I understand that. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Sat. But did not arrive until Wed. After I called. The same day and weekend charge was credited and I was told the 'deluxe' one would be delivered instead of the middle one that ordered. However, the picture I was sent by my stepdaughter looked like what I ordered and not the deluxe. I do not believe I will use your service again. Sincerely, Donna P Dooley

As usual I was very satisfied with your customer friendly wensite, the selection choices, delivery timeliness, and customer services' prompt response to my question. However, after speaking with the recipient of the gift basket, I was disappointed that the fruit consisted mostly of small kiwi, grapes and a few apples. There were no bananas or oranges, as pictured online. The fruits that were not included are in season. Would you be able to tell me why they were not included? Also what was the brand of the candy? I really depend on you to duplicate the online selections as closely as possible or to inform me and obtain my approval of comparable substitutes. This is the reason for my lower rating. Thank you for caring about my opinion.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
