I wanted to send a candy "get well" basket to my two little grandsons in a different state, and was happy to find a site that PROMISED same day delivery. What a great idea--right? WRONG. First off, they did not deliver it the same day. Second, when I emailed to ask what was going on, I got a reply that said the item was not available in the area where the delivery was supposed to have been made, but that they would deliver it two days later and they would give me a refund of the "one day" delivery fee plus refund 20% of the order. I was not thrilled, but was willing to accept this. However, the second day they emailed me again to say they were substituting something else for the item I had ordered. What? I had had enough and phoned them at their 800 number. I got a customer service rep who said that the "sunflowers" would arrive today. SUNFLOWERS? I lost it and informed them that I had not ordered flowers of any kind as this was to have been candy for CHILDREN. She corrected this and supposedly now a similar item will be delivered. Do I believe it? No. Will I ever order from these idiots again? NO WAY.

After the flowers were not delivered the requested day(Monday within four hours of order, for which I was charged an expedited service fee), a telephone service representative said that they would gladly upgrade the bouquet in compensation for the missed delivery guarantee and deliver the bouquet the next day. My wife just sent me a photo of the flowers she received the next day and if that is the "upgrade" version of the bouquet I would hate to see what a standard bouquet would look like. Highly disappointing product.

Did not like the Queen Anns Chocolate. Did not realize that was the chocolate...
My 88 year old mother invited my brother and his family over to help her eat the cake. Fortunately they arrived before she sliced it! That was a great laugh They sent pictures it was lovely and she was thrilled with the gathering of family the laughter and cleverness and beauty of the gift.
But the shipping/delivery was quite high.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
