I bought two dozen pink and red roses plus a "face vase" for my 87 year old parents for their 65th wedding anniversary. They said the flowers were beautiful but it was very difficult for them to open the box the vase and flowers came in. I did not realize the roses were being shipped in a box and not being arranged and hand-delivered. It took them 30 minutes to get it unwrapped and placed in water. Unfortunately they dropped and broke the vase while opening it. The glass broke but the picture and customization was just a piece of paper that is water proofed and lines the vase so that was in tact. Just sharing these facts if it helps with your decision. Service and the product were both good but I would be selective who I would ship un-arranged flowers to in the future.

Appreciated the florist phoning me (even if it was by mistake). They were very courteous and friendly. The Shipping and Handling fees are a little high (14.99) especially when you are placing the order with a local florist in the town where the delivery is being made. As far as we know, our co-worker has retrieved their basket from the front door/porch. As no one answered the door at the time of delivery.

I appreciate your time and consideration regarding this matter. It was very important.

Very dissatisfied with the "deluxe", very small arrangement that I sent in sympathy. Yes, it was delivered on time, and the online shopping experience was relatively easy. However, the arrangement minimally resembled what I had purchased and was a very small arrangement. More important, the card had typos, specifically, instead of "Aunt Helen", the card read "a ANT Helen". Frankly, I was embarrassed to have my name signed with the flowers. I will not use this website in the future regardless of the employer discount.
