I'm probably just being stupid, but I shopped very carefully and chose the arrangement because of the colors included as I saw in the photo. The colors as reported by the recipient were quite different--and included 2 red carnations--quite different from the pink and yellow combination I ordered. I anticipate that you have a warning somewhere that replacements might have to be made--but RED for pink and yellow sure rocked my boat.
I am very disappointed with your services. First of all I understand shipping the order to safeguard its contents, but to ship everything in pieces and the receiver has to put it together is ridiculous. Secondly, the order I made of a dozen roses do not reflect the picture of what I ordered. The 12 roses look absurd alone with no breath of springs or any greens at all. I am appalled at your service and will never ever order from you again. I will not recommend anyone. I think you can be better than that. The prices you charge should include a full bouquet as one would purchase in the store. Thumbs down.

I ordered the day before, from the same day shipping category, understanding that it would be delivered the following day.
My only issue was, that when the item was delivered, it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The vase was red, flowers were light pink and white. What I ordered, was red, yellow and white, with greens, and a clear vase, I'm so disappointed, I picked what I picked, so it would match the deco in the home it was going to. I'm going to contact them, see if they can rectify this, if so, I'll gladly leave a better review.

The bouquet was pretty, but it was all yellow & does not have the magenta flowers in it that are pictured on the website. I figure they had to substitute flowers they were out of. My mom really liked the chocolate & balloon which accompanied my order.
I didn't see the flowers, but was told the flowers were amazing, very different and surprising, was very nerveouse about I guess we both were satisfied.

I ordered expedited delivery (before noon) and the flowers were received at 3:30pm. I also paid for the second size option and the size I received reflects more of the smallest size option. Certainly not worth ~$75.
Disclose service fees to all individuals would be nice.
