Despite everything looking correct on my order confirmation, the card delivered to my mother was incorrect. They even omitted my husband's name from the signature line. I immediately called the toll free customer service line, but was just told "I don't know what caused that. Thanks for letting us know." The rep didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Or maybe these issues happen often.
The flowers were beautiful and ordering process was quick and simple. But due to lack of customer service, I don't see myself using this service again in the future.

I've ordered four times or more from you, and this is the 3rd time I've had major problems with the service from the Florists you do business with. It is not acceptable with me to place a same day order for a special day and it took 5 phone calls from me to you to get it delivered the next evening, not the morning after but the next EVENING.
Last time I placed a $100 birthday order for my adult brother, the florist delivered an arrangement for a toddler, not at all what I chose.
I expected at least an upgrade in the arrangements from the Florist, but all I got was a refund. My birthday surprise was ruined.
You should select more competent Florist.

I ordered the flowers listed as same day delivery at approx 11am Tuesday and paid extra to have them delivered in 4 hrs or less. 4 hrs later I received a call that they would not be delivered that day at all. Then asked if they could refund my fees to be delivered that day. After being on hold they said they would and they would be delivered the next day. I asked if they could be delivered before 12pm they said I'd have to pay the extra for that! I then said why would I pay extra for the 4 hr guarantee when this would already be over 24 hrs later. After being on hold again she came back on and said they would request that but no guarantee. Well the special person got them today and at least they are beautiful. Still haven't been refunded the fees tho but hopefully that will take place in next few days.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
