I placed two orders. The florist delivered one of my orders but not the other. Both orders were for delivery to the same address. I received email confirmations came in showing both had been delivered. I had to call to get the 2nd order delivered. The florist had not put the 2nd order on the truck evidently. If I had not called it would not have ever been delivered. The flower arrangements were tiny. I did not expect them to be large but they were quite small. It was a disappointment indeed.
First time ordering and I will DEFINITELY order again! The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The person I sent them to raved about them! Thank you!

The arrangement looks absolutely nothing like the display. I was very displeased with the end result and think it is clearly false advertising. Additionally i spent 13 dollars on a custom vase which was a cheap glass vase with a picture in it. Nothing custom about it. Very displeased and intend to voice my opinion if need be.
Very happy with the product. The only issue is I cancelled the order two days before the delivery date and received confirmation it had been cancelled but the flowers were delivered anyway. It caused huge embarrassment and I'm shocked that the man on the phone who said he cancelled my order either lied or is inept at his job. I was told I would get a full refund but I doubt that now will be the case. Very unhappy.

You guys always have great selections, cheaper prices but you never send out the delivery or tracking numbers soon enough and a few of my last orders have been completely wimpy for a deluxe or whatever larger size and more money dollar figure arrangement is. It's sort of a rip off if I may say so.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
