Was not happy that we couldn't track the order. Other sites have a tracking number and I know exactly when the flowers would arrive. Since my husband leaves work at 3:30; wanted to make sure he received before he left. He did receive before he left and they were very pretty. Unfortunately, they started to wilt the next day.

Disappointed in the quality, flowers just were not full enough as when a florist delivers them. I could tell the disappointment in my wife's face when she opened them up. It looked like I went on the cheap side and that was not my intent.
The flowers arrived in a box, they had not been watered, the flowers were wilted, and my wife had to put the order together because they did not come assembled in the face

The roses weren't in the best condition. And if you're going to charge that much, I'd expect to receive nothing but beautiful flowers.
Also, the balloon I paid five bucks for, you should put it in your description that it's on a stick. I had the inclination that it was a helium balloon.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
