I expected quality flowers as I have received form your company in the past. The roses were not good quality. They all had dry brown patches on them. They should have been called Brown with red roses. Not Red roses.

I like that we could of add the stuff that you select to make it an awesome surprise but i would make the options more open like i wanted a small teddybear but i had no odea what it l looked like.
The flowers that arrived were nowhere as full as the photo on the website. For a deluxe bouquet it seemed thin. There was no ribbon on the vase as described (not too big of a deal). Delivery was made within the estimated window.
