I beleive service handling charge is to high but other than that not a bad site to buy from. The flowers I received didn't look like the ones in the picture. Love Your Flowers Flowers are beautiful I only thought there would be more carnations since the picture showed a nice rounded out vase full there was more greens than expected but when you upgrade to best option i can see where you would not get extra roses. My order was supposed to have a by 10 am delivery guarantee. Order was not delivered on time causing a 2 day delay in its arrival. I paid extra for the guarantee and did not get it. Very disappointed. This is second and last time I purchase through you. First time was the same result. I was trying to give you a second chance but no luck.
I ordered 3 separate bouquets. I expected to receive some sort of credit considering they were all going to the same location, but I was charged $14.99 per. I understand that a portion of that is for "processing," but I also know that it includes delivery, which I don't feel I should have to pay x3 as it is no additional expense for From You Flowers or the individual florist that completed the delivery.
Quick and easy, flowers were delivered as promised on 2/12/16.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
