Great selection, easy process. This is my first order, and hope the product is as nice as the order experience.
Update after delivery: The flowers came from 1-800-FLOWERS. We have ordered from them directly twice, and on both occasions the flowers were anything but fresh, and wilted overnight (roses bent over just under the flower, and even the fill drooped the next day). THIS WAS NO EXCEPTION! 1-800-FLOWERS has the most "less-than-fresh" stock I have EVER seen! The only good things I can say are that 1) they were delivered on-time, and 2) ordering them through the American AAdvantage portal on a deal of 12 points/$1 put almost a thousand points in my account. Other than that, I'm sticking with one of the larger-name national florists, as their network carries extremely fresh stock (we've had flowers last more than a week from those vendors).
Handling fee was a surprise. Please disclose this sooner in your pricing.
I previously purchased from fromyouflowers.com and was very pleased with the experience. However this time, I purchased Valentine's Day flowers for my husband. The flowers were not delivered on time or the same day even though I paid a premium delivery charge.
I followed up and found customer service to be helpful in determining why the flowers weren't delivered the day after but I did not receive any calls to state the flowers would not be delivered.

The bouquet that was delivered didn't resemble what I ordered. The flowers/colors were similar, but the bouquet wasn't arranged - it looked like someone grabbed the flowers and jammed them into the vase. I was very disappointed, as this delivery was to welcome a surgery patient home. I called Walnut Creek Florist and talked to three people before they agreed to replace the flowers. I went through the third degree by one of the people I spoke to. The flowers were replaced that day, and while they were an improvement they still didn't look like what I ordered. From now on I'll use a local florist for local delivery even if it costs more.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
