Was I disappointed when I actually saw the arrangement- nothing like the picture! Not a blue flower at all. It is now 4 days old and the only flowers alive are the lillies... So sad! Guess I will have to continue looking for another flower site that is not only reliable, has truth in advertizing but also delivers what it promises...

I didn't get what exactly I ordered. I ordered a colorful bouquet of flowers and what was delivered was a bunch of pink and white roses.

I was surprised that my order was received unassembled and my wife had to 'build' the arrangement.
Flowers were a little damaged on some of the pedals but I bought them for my girlfriend in the U.S. while I was overseas they arrived exactly when they said they would, price was fare but only because I had free delivery if i had to pay the 15 or 16 dollars for delivery not sure if I would have ordered overall I'm happy with the item.
The roses was wilted looked really bad like they had been frozen they had black spots on them

The daffodils I ordered were in great shape and the presentation of the vase and flowers was superb. I was disappointed in the quality of the flowers surrounding the daffodils. Most of them were droopy, hanging down, and already closer to dying than blooming. Again, the daffodils were the most important piece but I expected more from the deluxe (most expensive) package. I am not inclined to repurchase.

Good flowers, but there were more substitute flowers in the arrangement than the ones i ordered and also, they come already in the water, this should be noted more clearly when ordering

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
