Ordering through fromyouflowers was an easy and quick experience. I ordered flowers from Australia and had no problems with payment or delivery.
The Birthday girl got them just as she was leaving work.
I was very disappointed in the flowers that were received versus what I ordered. When I got back and look at what was ordered versus what was received there are no similarities. I feel that the flowers sent were inappropriate for the message we were trying to convey. I can Provide pictures to show what I mean. I ordered the largest flowers offered the premium package. I paid $70 and the flower arrangement was small. I can only imagine what the two smaller arrangements would have looked like. Very dissatisfied!
Extra handling charges were a surprise at the end - not cool.
The basket that I ordered was horrible.
It was a small wicker bowl type basket and everything was crammed in and sloppy.
I spent 60 dollars on that basket and it looked like a 19 dollar basket from Walmart.
The bags of chips were crushed and everything was smashed.

I didn't get same-day service, which is fine, but I paid for the option to have it delivered same-day and they did not tell me that it was not enough time or whatever the issue was.
Ordering easy, price very reasonable, delivery was not on day of order even when the order was placed several hours in advance of the cut off time. They did call to say flowers would not be delivered on time. Flowers and arrangement were very nice. Things happen so will try again and hopefully no delivery problem next time.
I wanted to add a single or maybe two balloons to this but could not find it anywhere. This would have been great for me and you.

Unexpected Service/Handling fee which was not advertised upfront and popped up only late at checkout. This is not nice, if there is any fee tell about it up-front!
The delivery was on time and except the surprise fee at the end of check-out everything was ok.
I will be however reluctant to recommend the site to anybody because of the surprise fee being added at the end instead of being advertised up-front.
IT WAS VERY EASY TO USE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK AND CAN'T GET OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS LIKE THIS. I was a little disapointed int he size of the plant, when it said Deluxe I thought it was a little larger, but overall, the service was great. I will order again. Thanks for your promptness.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
