Very nice delivery lady, tulips looked lovely. I dont really like the $15 service fee not being added to the flowers upfront, but other than that totally happy with their service.
It wasn't a huge problem, but the flowers were delivered on Tuesday, Feb 16 - 3 days earlier than I requested (Friday, Feb 19). They looked wonderful, but I would have preferred they be delivered on the date I identified on the order.

I would have liked to have had the order delivered at an earlier time in the day, not at evening as the recipient was not home and the order was left on the side of the house, in a secure area. Next time I order I will request and earlier delivery time. Again, thank you for the lovely flowers and the candy.

The flowers in the picture looked different then what I recieved
I wish I had read reviews before using these guys! I ordered flowers for a friend in mourning and they didn't get delivered on the day I'd ordered them for! They didn't even let me know that they couldn't complete the order on time until late the next day. I am so frustrated and will NOT recommend this company to anyone! They use different local florists to complete their deliveries. The florist who completed our order says that she hates this company! Don't use them! Just look up the local guys.
